Please take notice that the Plaintiffs have filed their Verified Complaint in the above entitled matter seeking Declaratory Relief and Quiet Title to declare that your leasehold rights have expired as to that certain Oil and Gas Lease dated July 14, 1953, between Michael Cordell, as Lessor, and James Donoghue, as Lessee, recorded July 28, 1953 in Book 7 of Photos, Page 408, records of Crook County, Wyoming, as extended by an instrument dated April 15, 1957, recorded May 6, 1957 in Book 35 of Photos, Page 77, and further subject to that certain Lease Amendment and Ratification dated July 14, 1958, recorded July 20, 1959 in Book 51 of Photos, Page 324, covering the following described lands all situate in Crook County, Wyoming, to-wit:

The Plaintiffs’ Complaint is filed in Crook County, in the Sixth Judicial District Court.

Each Defendant, and their successors, heirs, devisees and assigns are required to answer or otherwise respond to the Plaintiffs’ Complaint within thirty (30) days from the last date of Publication of this Notice or Judgment by Default will be rendered against you if you fail to appear and otherwise plead or answer the Complaint.
