NOTICE OF VERIFIED APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY PURSUANT TO W.S. § 2-1-205

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Betsy Hockert, the sole distribute of the above referenced estate, has filed a Verified Application for Decree of Distribution of Property pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-205 with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein she prays the following-described property be set over and distributed to her:

A tract located in the SE¼SW¼, of Section 13, T50N, R66W of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming, said tract to be merged with that tract recorded in Book 384 of Photos, Page 110 in the office of the Crook County Clerk, and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a 2 ½” aluminum surv-cap stamped PE&LS 2395 marking the C-S 1/16 corner of said Section 13, which point lies S 00°28’11” E, 1379.36 feet from a surv-cap stamped LS 2079 marking the center ¼ corner of said Section 13, the basis of bearing for this description.

Thence S 00°28’11” E, 551.87 feet to a point marking the SE corner of said tract witnessed by a “cap” stamped WC 100 which bears N 00°28’11” W, 100.00 feet;

Thence S 81°14’41” W, 1273.98 feet to a 1 ½” aluminum surv-“cap” stamped L5 marking the SW corner of said Tract;

Thence N 01°01’02” W 552.03 feet to a 2 ¼” diameter aluminum surv-cap marking the S-W1/16 of said Section 13, and the NW corner of Tract;

Thence N 81°17’03” E, 1279.20 feet to a 2 ½” aluminum surv-cap marking the NE corner of said tract and the true point of beginning;

Each “cap” is stamped PE&LS 2395 and as described mounted atop a no. 5 x 24” rebar.

Said lot encompasses 16.02 acres more or less.

If no objection to the Application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, September 1, 2022, the Court shall enter such a Decree.
