NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION AND APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY PURSUANT TO WYOMING STATUTE SECTION 2-1-205

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that on June 23, 2022, the Claiming Distributees of the Estate of James A. Reeves filed a Petition and Application for Decree of Summary Distribution of Real Property and Improvements and Personal Property Pursuant to Wyoming Statute Section 2-1-205 (the “Petition and Application”) in the above captioned matter.

The real property and improvements subject to the Petition and Application are as follows:

Undivided one-half (1/2) interest in Lot 1, Block 7 of the Westside Addition to the City of Gillette, Campbell County, Wyoming, according to the official plat thereof recorded May 9, 1975 in Book 1 of Plats, page 164 of the records of Campbell County, Wyoming.

The personal property to be distributed is identified within the Petition and Application.

Notice is hereby given that the Court shall hear the Petition and Application on September 7, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. following the publication of the Notice of Hearing on Petition and Application. Any objection to the Petition and Application must be filed before the expiration of the latter of (a) twenty (20) days after the mailing of notice as required by Wyoming Statute Section 2-1-205(d), or (b) thirty (30) days after the date of first publication. Any untimely objection will be forever barred. At the hearing, if no timely objection is filed and it appears the facts as stated in the Petition and Application are not in dispute, the Court shall enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the real property and improvements and personal property of the decedent, James A. Reeves, located in the State of Wyoming.
