NOTICE OF SUBDIVISON HEARING

FOR APPLICATION OF SUBDIVISION PERMIT

Be advised that Jacobson Land Company, LLC, Joshua Jacobson, President, PO Box 1371, Sundance, WY 82729 is hereby giving notice of an application for subdivision permit for a Minor Subdivision. The proposed Jacobson No. 1 Minor Subdivision lies in the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 7, T50N, R61W, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming.

The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a hearing to review the application and plat of the Jacobson No. 1 Minor Subdivision on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 7:05 p.m. in the Crook County Courthouse Jury Room, 309 Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming.
