NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Jeffrey A. Given, personal representative named in the Last Will and Testament of the decedent has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution of Real Property with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein he prays that the following-described real property interest in Crook County, Wyoming, presently believed to be, to-wit:

An undivided fifty percent (50.00%) interest in and to all oil, gas and other minerals in, under and that may be produced from the following described lands:

Township 54 North, Range 67 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming

Section 7: E1/2SE1/4

Section 17: NW1/4

Section 18: E1/2NE1/4

Through the estates of Geraldine Beck Given, Willard Warren Given and James B. Given, be set over and distributed to Jane A. Given, pursuant to court and testamentary documents filed herein. If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, May 26, 2022, the Court shall enter such a decree.
