NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED CROOK COUNTY LARGE ACREAGE SUBDIVISION REGULATION BY THE CROOK COUNTY LAND USE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
Be advised the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission is proposing to recommend the Board of Crook County Commissioners schedule a Public Hearing to approve and adopt the proposed Crook County Large Acreage Subdivision Regulation as follows:
On June 13, 2022, at the hour of 7:05 P.M., a public hearing will be held in the Crook County Courthouse Basement Community Room, 309 E Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming, so all interested parties may present written or oral comments on the proposed Crook County Large Acreage Subdivision Regulation to the Crook County Land Use Planning and Zoning Commission.
After the public hearing has been held, the Crook County Land Use Planning and Zoning Commission shall vote to recommend the Board of Crook County Commissioners schedule a Public Hearing to approve and adopt the proposed Crook County Large Acreage Subdivision Regulation.
Written comments may be submitted to Crook County Growth & Development prior to the hearing at P.O. Box 825, Sundance, WY 82729.
Reasonable accommodations will be provided for any person having a disability who may wish to participate in this hearing if they provide reasonable notice to the Crook County Growth & Development Office of their disability and the accommodation requested.
The proposed Crook County Large Acreage Subdivision Regulation shall be provided to any person who requests a copy by calling the Crook County Growth & Development Office at 283-4548 or by writing to the Crook County Growth & Development Office, P.O.
