NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION

OF REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that an Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Crook County, Wyoming, by Christopher Anderson, pursuant to W.S. §§ 2-1-201 and 2-1-205 and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Last Will and Testament of Robert Anderson, seeking to establish the right and title to the described real property in Crook County, Wyoming, in the name of Amanda Mae Talley, an undivided one-eighth (1/8) in and to the following:

Township 52 North, Range 60 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming:

Section 17: Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4)

Section 18: East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1/2SE1/4); Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4NE1/4).

BE ADVISED that if no objection to the Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication below the court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property located in Wyoming without further proceedings.

BE FURTHER ADVISED that if an objection to the Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property is filed with the Clerk of the above entitled Court at PO Box 904, Sundance, WY 82729, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication below, the court shall set the matter for a hearing, after which the court shall enter an order either denying or granting the application for a decree of summary distribution of property.
