NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that Leslie E. Harrison has filed an Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein she prays that the following-described property interest be set over and distributed to Delbert Wayne Harrison, Denny Ross Harrison, Leslie Eline Harrison, Frankie Lea Smith, Derek Floyd Smith, Randy Craig Kusma and Michial Dean Kusma pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of the decedent:

Township 54 North, Range 65 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming

Section 2: A tract of land lying in Lot 15 (SW¼SE¼), being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the south quarter corner of Section 2 and running thence N.85°17’E. along the section line a distance of 405 feet; thence N.50°2’W. a distance of 637 feet to the west boundary line of Lot 15 (SW¼SE¼), Section 2, a distance of 521 feet to the point of beginning.

To include a 1999 Peerless Liberty 16’x80’ mobile home Serial No. 06L30207

If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, January 27, 2022, the Court shall enter such a decree.
