NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION

OF REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that an Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Crook County, Wyoming, by Debbie Kipp, Robert E. Gray, Cindy V. Paschall and Frank Gray pursuant to Wyoming Statute §2-1-205, seeking to establish the right and title to the following described real property in the names of Debbie Kipp, Robert E. Gray, Cindy V. Paschall and Frank Gray:

REAL PROPERTY

Lots 1, 2, 3, and South 15 feet of Lot 4 and the East 25 feet of South 90 feet of Lot 22, Block 65, Alden’s First Addition to the Town of Sundance, Crook County, Wyoming, together with all buildings and improvements situate thereon or thereunto appertaining

TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances located thereon or thereunto appertaining or belonging.

SUBJECT to all assessments, easements, and rights-of-way of record lawfully established.

Hearing on this matter is scheduled for the 23rd day of February, 2022 at 8:45 a.m. o’clock a.m. in the Crook County Courthouse, Sundance, Wyoming.

Persons objecting to the application shall file an objection with the District Court not later than twenty (20) days following the mailing of the Notice of Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property or within thirty (30) days following the date of first publication of this notice. If the District Court does not receive written objection, the Applicants will request the Court enter a Decree of Distribution consistent with the Applicants’ Application.
