NOTICE OF FINAL SUBDIVISION HEARING

Be advised that CLC Ranch, LLC, P.O. Box 668, Houston, MS 38851 is hereby giving notice of a final subdivision hearing for a minor subdivision application. The proposed CLC No. 1 Minor Subdivision lies in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 14, T51N, R64W, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming.

The Board of Crook County Commissioners will hold a final hearing to approve, conditionally approve or deny the application and plat of the CLC No. 1 Minor Subdivision on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 2:30 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Room at the Crook County Courthouse, 309 Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming.
