A very sincere thank you to everyone who purchased items at our bake sale on Thurs., Dec. 16! We appreciate your generosity and donations. Proceeds go toward projects, such as the Christmas Baskets, Post Prom and numerous others.

A special thank you to the ladies who made such an assortment of delicious goodies; every single item was sold. It was a huge success!

To live in this community is a blessing.

Blessings in a Backpack would like to say thank you to all the businesses and individuals who donated money or food items to our program this year. This year we have 19 students who get 12 food items every weekend.

Thank you to Powder River Energy Foundation for the monetary donation used to purchase food for our weekly food bags and our Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday food boxes, Neiman Enterprises for money and gift bags, Sundance State Bank, Pinnacle Bank, Summit National Bank, Hulett Lions Club and Jeff and Renée Carrier.

Every year the community continues to support this great program. Thank you very much.

Our Thanks

Sundance Community Christmas Baskets would like to thank everyone who donated clothing, toys, money, and food. We were able to help 12 families and eight individuals this year.

Thank you to Helen Tenke, Belle Fourche Pipeline and Mike and Anna Anderson for each adopting a family and buying everything needed for them.

To Sunny Divide Farm Bureau for providing Christmas Dinner for one of the families and to the Turf Bar for collecting toys and food for the baskets.

Thank you to the Dime Horseshoe Bar for hosting a celebrity bartender and raising $425 and to Laura Brenna for donating over a dozen children’s coats! 

Thank you to the Food Pantry for doing the Christmas Dinner items and First American Title for letting us use their back room to sort and bag! A big thank you to Sundance Hardware for putting up the Boot Tree and collecting gifts drop offs.

Lastly thank you to the committee members Jamie Jessen, Vicky Ferderer and Gay Pangrac, without them I wouldn’t be able to get this done! They are the best!

Again, thank you all for your continued monetary and gift giving. We couldn’t do this without all of you!
