On Oct. 7 Crook County Special Olympics (Crook County Coyotes) was able to compete at the area level. The competition took place in Gillette at Camelanes with Coach Candy Phillips of Moorcroft. The results are as follows.
Assisted Ramp Division: Jeremiah Leply – gold medal, Chance Duvall – silver medal, Kamby Schuler – bronze medal
Singles Ramp Division, Non- Assisted: Kymberlee Wells – gold medal
Singles Division 1: Braydon Wells – gold medal, Selenda Reeves – silver medal
Singles Division 2: Weston Allred – gold medal, Evin Anderson – silver medal, Andrew McCue – bronze medal
Singles Division 3: Henry Hodges – gold medal, Bren Anderson – silver medal, Mackenzie Brown – bronze medal
Singles Division 4: Jarod Bray – gold medal, Jesse Hedlund – silver medal, Chase Garman – bronze medal
These results from the Special Olympics Area Games were compiled with the results of other Special Olympic teams around Wyoming to compete in a virtual state bowling event. Scores from each team's Special Olympics Area Games were taken and compared to all teams. Athletes were put into divisions and their scores were compared and displayed on the Special Olympics Wyoming Facebook page. Crook County Special Olympics results are as follows.
