PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AT THE COURTHOUSE IN SUNDANCE, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING

4:00 o’clock p.m. Present for the special meeting were Chairman Kelly B. Dennis, via conference call, Vice-Chairwoman Jeanne A. Whalen, Member Fred M. Devish and Deputy County Clerk Melissa Jones.

Present for the liquor license hearing were Casey & James Moore and Cody Galloway. Discussion was held on the application to transfer a retail liquor license from Sand Creek Trading Post LLC dba Sand Creek Trading Post to Buffalo Jump Hospitality Partners LLC dba Sand Creek Trading Post. After discussion, no objections were raised. Fred moved to approved for the transfer to take place on the date of the closing, contingent upon the closing and upon receiving a food service license and to use the Board’s signature stamps at that time. Jeanne seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

After discussion, Jeanne moved to approve letters written to Pinnacle Bank, Summit National Bank and Sundance State Bank adding Teresa Lang as a signatory on Treasurer accounts. Fred seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Joe Baron was present to discuss an indigent burial.

The meeting adjourned at 4:13 o’clock p.m. to meet in regular session on December 7 & 8, 2021 at 8:30 o’clock a.m., in the Commissioner Room at the Courthouse in Sundance, Wyoming.
