DEBRA LYNN HEYING, whose address is unknown, take notice that DUSTIN HEYING AND SHANNON HEYING have petitioned the Sixth Judicial District Court, County of Crook, Wyoming, docket number AD-4089 for the adoption of the minor children and the following relief:

The parental rights of Debra Lynn Heying to the minor children should be terminated along with her obligation to support the minor children the first day of the month following entry of a Decree of Adoption and the Office of Vital Statistics shall be ordered to amend the children’s birth certificates to reflect the adoption.

You are required to answer the petition with the court and counsel, Cheryl Wadas 602 E. 20th ST., Cheyenne, WY 82001 within 30 days following which a default order and judgment will entered against you.
