NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE

OF DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY

(Pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 2-1-205)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jeffrey Neal Garman and Christina Ruth Garman Wood have filed in the District Court for the Sixth Judicial District in Crook County, Wyoming, a Verified Application for Decree of Distribution of Property Pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-205 with respect to the Decedent’s mineral interests legally described as:

Township 52 North, Range 64 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming

Section 19: SE¼NW¼, SW¼NE¼, SE¼NE¼, NE¼SE¼

Section 20: NW¼SW¼, E½SW¼, W½SE¼, NE¼SE¼, S½NE¼

Section 21: W½NW¼, NW¼SW¼

The Verified Application is filed under the provision of W.S. § 2-1-205. The Court shall consider the application on the 13th day of September, 2021, at 8:00 a.m., before the Honorable John R. Perry and any claims or objections thereto must be filed with the Sixth Judicial Clerk of District Court, P. O. Box 406, Sundance, Wyoming 82729, at least five days (5) days prior to the date of hearing.

If it appears that the facts stated in the Verified Application are not in dispute, the Court shall enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the interest of the Decedent in the real property and personal property distributing the same as requested in the Verified Application. The Order will be recorded in the Office of the County Clerk for Crook County, Wyoming, and thereafter the Decree and the record thereof shall be presumptive evidence of title to the above-described property.
