County treasurer arrested

County Treasurer Mary Kuhl was arrested on Friday afternoon on a felony charge of unauthorized use of monies, a felony punishable by up to two years' imprisonment, a $5000 fine or both.

Kuhl has also been charged with three misdemeanors: official misconduct and two counts of issuing false certificate.

She was arrested following an investigation by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

Bond has been set at $10,000.
