The holder of Certificate of Purchase No. 518 issued on September 22, 2016, gives notice of intent to apply for a tax deed to the real property reflected in said Certificate of Purchase.

The applicant purchased the real property for 2015 delinquent taxes at the Crook County tax sale on September 22, 2016. The real property was taxed in the name of Deborah A. McWilliams, Lyle Austin, & Marlys L. Austin.

The redemption period will expire on October 16, 2021, and application for the tax deed will be made on or after October 16, 2021.

Applicant is not aware of any special assessments against the property.
