Vice-Chairman, Roger Connett called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission April 12, 2021 at 7:01 p.m.

Amend and Adopt the Agenda

Vice-Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Terry Wilkerson made a motion adopt the agenda as written; Mary Yemington seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Approval of the Minutes

Vice-Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any additions or corrections to the March meeting minutes. Morgan Ellsbury made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held March 8, 2021; Mary Yemington seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

New Business

Public Hearing – New Haven Community Hall Subdivision (One Split)

Vice-Chairman, Roger Connett opened the public hearing for the New Haven Community Hall Subdivision application at 7:04 p.m. and asked if there were any public comments from anyone attending the meeting. Jeanne Knapp provided information about the proposed subdivision. Discussion was held and Mary Yemington made a motion to recommend of approval of subdivision application to the Board of County Commissioners; Terry Wilkerson seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Chairman, Roger Connett closed the public hearing for the subdivision application at 7:14 p.m.

Regulation of Large Tract Subdivisions – Continued discussion

Vice-Chairman, Roger Connett opened discussion on the regulation of large tract subdivisions and presented the first draft. Discussion was held and some revisions were made. The review of the draft regulation will continue at the next meeting.

Adjourned

Terry Wilkerson made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Mary Yemington seconded, all ayes, motion carried. The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 8:49 p.m.
