Chairman, Cody Galloway called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission March 8, 2021 at 7:22 p.m.

Amend and Adopt the Agenda

Chairman, Cody Galloway asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Vice Chairman, Roger Connett made a motion adopt the agenda as written; Mary Yemington seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Approval of the Minutes

Chairman, Cody Galloway asked if there were any additions or corrections to the February meeting minutes. Mary Yemington made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held February 8, 2021; Morgan Ellsbury seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

New Business

Regulation of Large Tract Subdivisions – Continued discussion

Chairman, Cody Galloway opened discussion on the regulation of large tract subdivisions. Discussion was held with the Crook County Attorney, Joseph Baron about the Wyoming Statute that governs the regulation of large tract subdivisions. Vice Chairman, Roger Connett volunteered to draft a rough draft of a Large Tract Subdivision Regulation and send it to the commission members for their review before the April meeting.

Adjourned

Morgan Ellsbury made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Mary Yemington seconded, all ayes, motion carried. The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 8:26 p.m.

Monday, April 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Crook County Courthouse Jury Room, Sundance, Wyoming.
