Members Present: Chairman, Cody Galloway; Vice-Chairman, Roger Connett; Mary Yemington; Morgan Ellsbury & Terry Wilkerson

Visitors: Dan Swaney, Crook County Attorney, Joseph Baron

Chairman, Cody Galloway called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission February 8, 2021 at 7:03 p.m. and welcomed the visitors.

Amend and Adopt the Agenda

Chairman, Cody Galloway asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Vice Chairman, Roger Connett made a motion adopt the agenda as written; Terry Wilkerson seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Approval of the Minutes

Chairman, Cody Galloway asked if there were any additions or corrections to the January meeting minutes. Terry Wilkerson made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held January 11, 2021; Mary Yemington seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

New Business

Daniel Swaney, Heritage Properties, LLC – Subdivision proposal

Chairman, Cody Galloway opened discussion by asking Dan Swaney to provide the commission with his proposal. Discussion was held and the commission recommended that Dan submit a Major Subdivision application if he wishes to move forward with is subdivision proposal.

Regulation of Large Tract Subdivisions – Continued discussion

Chairman, Cody Galloway opened discussion on the regulation of large tract subdivisions. Discussion was held, and Vice Chairman, Roger Connett made a motion to table this item until next monthly meeting; Morgan Ellsbury seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Adjourned

Morgan Ellsbury made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Mary Yemington seconded, all ayes, motion carried. The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 8:26 p.m.
