The commercial club has decided upon a masquerade ball for the evening of March 17, St. Patrick’s day. Costumes will be on hand for the occasion and notice will be given in due time where to get them. Masks off at 11 o’clock and no one will be permitted on the floor unmasked before that time. Tickets will be $1.00.
Comfortably filled to overflowing was the commercial hall Tuesday night on the occasion of the good roads dance. People kept coming in from all directions till late in the evening and the crowd assembled was the most cosmopolitan ever seen in Sundance.

L.G. Landers, county agent advises the Times that the proposed R.E.A. line in Crook County is now being held up pending action on disposing of the Upton and Moorcroft light plants, but that in his opinion these difficulties would soon be worked out and then other details such as voting by the property owners on sale of the plants involved would soon be taken care of.
Andy Policky, owner of the Crook County Refinery, said Tuesday that he planned to repair and rebuild the garage and warehouse which was destroyed by fire last Tuesday just as soon as he could get material on hand. He plans to make the building absolutely fireproof.

In a spine-tingling finish in Moorcroft Saturday night, the Sundance Bulldogs edged Midwest 87-86 to win the northeast regional Class B and C wrestling tournament. Sundance and Midwest, both of whom had four champions, battled neck and neck in the point standings during the two-day meet. Winning championships for Sundance were Randy Proctor, Mark Ferrell, Tom Pridgeon and Jim Viergets.

Devils Tower National Monument Superintendent Deborah Liggett is recruiting biker clubs to help park staff during the 1996 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. According to Liggett, “Park visitation triples during rally week as thousands of bikers converge on the tower. Our park staff is stretched to the limit. This year we would like to try something different and ask for help from biker clubs.”
