Chad Charles Miller was born June 7, 1970, in Mitchell, South Dakota, the son of Allan and Candyce (Johnstone) Miller. The family moved to Rock Rapids, Iowa, where Chad graduated from Central Lyon High School in 1989. He moved to North Liberty years ago where he was widely known as a finish carpenter in home construction.
Chad cherished much in his life, hands down his children were the most important part of his life. In addition to them, his family and friends made his life complete.
If you knew Chad, you knew a man that couldn’t sit still, always needing to be doing something. Chad never forgot an important date, always remembering birthdays and special occasions. He liked his border collies, mudrunning racing, anything with horses and rodeos, the family ranch in South Dakota and simply living life to its fullest!
His family includes his three children, Tanner J. Miller, Carley Marie Miller and Maverick L. Miller; his parents, Allan and Candy Miller; siblings, Tobi Miller Ayer (David) and Tyron D. Miller; nephews and niece, Holden, Gatlan and Landree; and a special aunt, Renee Miller “Neree”.
Chad was preceded in death by his grandparents, David and Darlene Miller and Lloyd and Delores Johnstone. Lloyd was that very special grandfather that Chad never forgot, even though he died when Chad was only ten years old.
