Gillette man faces felony marijuana charges

Gillette resident Milford Hiebert has been bound over to District Court on felony possession charges after evidence of marijuana use was found in his vehicle during a traffic stop for speeding.

A Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper was clearing an assist near milepost 173 on I-90 when he observed a vehicle traveling westbound at what appeared to be a high rate of speed. Radar allegedly confirmed the speed to be 90 mph in a 75 mph zone.
