COVID-19 Daily Update - September 24

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 120 since yesterday and now stand at 4488. Probable cases have increased by 16 to 817.

Crook County has had a total of 32 confirmed cases and 6 probables. Of those cases, 8 confirmed and 4 probable are currently active.

50 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming.

A total of 3697 confirmed and 667 probable cases have recovered.

The number of laboratory-confirmed cases went up by double digits in Albany County (31), Natrona County (22) and Teton County (12). Other counties with increases were Campbell, Carbon, Converse, Fremont, Goshen, Laramie, Lincoln, Niobrara, Park, Platte, Sheridan, Sublette, Sweetwater, Uinta and Weston.

The new cases contributed to an increase of 49 in the number of active cases in the state, which now total 891, with every county in the state reporting at least one active case.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, all metrics are "stable" (amber level), except new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, which are both marked as "concerning" (red level).
