COVID-19 Daily Update - September 16

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 104 since yesterday and now stand at 3866. Probable cases have increased by 24 to 700.

Natrona County alone reported 23 new confirmed cases, while Albany County reported 15, Sheridan reported 13 and Converse reported 12.

Crook County has had a total of 27 confirmed cases and 5 probables after 1 new confirmed case and 4 new probable cases were identified today. Of those cases, 12 confirmed and 5 probable are currently active.

46 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming.

A total of 3369 confirmed and 602 probable cases have recovered.

The total number of active coronavirus cases statewide is now 549, up from 467.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, all metrics are "stable" (amber level), except new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, which are both marked as "concerning" (red level), and percent of all tests with a new positive result, which is "improved" (green level).
