Visitors:

Chairman, Roger Connett called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission August 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

Amend and Adopt the Agenda

Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Mary Yemington made a motion to adopt the agenda as written; Morgan Ellsbury seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Approval of the Minutes

Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any additions or corrections to the June meeting minutes. Vice-Chairman, Cody Galloway made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held June 8, 2020; Mary Yemington seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

New Business

Public Hearing – Voss Valley, One Split Subdivision

Chairman, Roger Connett opened the public hearing for the Voss Valley Subdivision at 7:05 p.m. Discussion was held concerning some needed plat revisions. Mary Yemington made a motion to table the subdivision until the September meeting; Morgan Ellsbury seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Chairman, Roger Connett closed the public hearing for the subdivision application at 7:18 p.m.

Election of Officers

Chairman, Roger Connett opened nominations for Chairman; Mary Yemington nominated Cody Galloway; Morgan Ellsbury seconded; nomination ceased; Cody Galloway was elected Chairman by unanimous consent. Cody Galloway took the Chair and opened nominations for Vice-Chairman; Roger Connect nominated Mary Yemington and Mary Yemington nominated Roger Connett; Roger Connett volunteered to take the position of Vice-Chairman and nominations ceased; Roger Connett was elected Vice-Chairman by unanimous consent.

Adjourned

Roger Connett made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Mary Yemington seconded, all ayes, motion carried. The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 7:41 p.m.

Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Crook County Courthouse Jury Room, Sundance, Wyoming.
