COVID-19 Daily Update - September 5

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased today by 13 and now stand at 3386. Probable cases have increased by 4 to 620.

Crook County has had a total of 14 confirmed cases. Of those cases, 3 are currently active.

42 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming after 1 new death was announced yesterday.

A total of 2896 confirmed and 508 probable cases have recovered.

The number of coronavirus cases in Big Horn, Fremont, Sweetwater and Teton counties increased by 1. There are 2 new cases in Campbell, Goshen and Natrona counties and 3 in Albany county.

The total number of active coronavirus cases statewide is now 560, up four from Friday's tally of 554.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, all metrics are "stable" (amber level), except new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, which are both marked as "concerning" (red level).
