COVID-19 Daily Update - September 1

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased today by 18 and now stand at 3282. Probable cases have increased by 6 to 584.

Crook County has had a total of 14 confirmed cases. Of those cases, 4 are currently active.

41 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming after 4 new deaths were announced today.

A total of 2716 confirmed and 490 probable cases have recovered.

Laramie County has 4 new cases of coronavirus; Albany, Campbell and Park counties each report an increase of 3 cases; there are 2 new cases in Natrona and Uinta counties, and Big Horn and Sheridan counties each have 1 new case.

The Health Department shows a decrease of one case in Fremont County.

The total number of active coronavirus cases statewide is now 619, down from 624.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, all metrics are "stable" (amber level), except new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, which are both marked as "concerning" (red level).
