COVID-19 Daily Update - August 26

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased today by 46 and now stand at 3135. Probable cases have increased by 4 to 549.

Crook County has had a total of 14 confirmed cases. Of those cases, 4 are currently active.

37 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming.

A total of 2562 confirmed and 466 probable cases have recovered.

Albany, Goshen, Hot Springs, Natrona and Weston counties all show an increase of 1 coronavirus case. Converse and Park counties have 2 new cases; Sheridan County has 3 new cases; Teton County has 5; Laramie and Uinta counties have 6 more cases; Campbell County has 8 more cases; Fremont County has 9 more cases.

The total number of active coronavirus cases statewide is now 619, down 13 from 632.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, all metrics are "stable" (amber level), except new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, which are both marked as "concerning" (red level).
