COVID-19 Daily Update - August 25

Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased today by 21 and now stand at 3089. Probable cases have increased by 10 to 545.

Crook County has had a total of 14 confirmed cases. Of those cases, 4 are currently active.

37 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming.

18 people are currently hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming.

A total of 2507 confirmed and 458 probable cases have recovered.

Albany and Weston counties each have 1 new coronavirus case; Fremont County has 2 new cases; Goshen and Sweetwater counties each have 3 more cases; Laramie, Natrona and Teton counties all have 4 new cases.

The Health Department shows a decrease of one case in Sheridan County.

The total number of active coronavirus cases statewide is now 632, down 7 from 639.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, all metrics are "stable" (amber level), except new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, which are both marked as "concerning" (red level).
