COVID-19 Daily Update - August 1

According to Saturday's update from the Department of Health, Wyoming's total lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 have increased by 43 and now stand at 2297.

Probable cases remain at 472. There are currently 18 people hospitalized with COVID-19 in Wyoming.

Crook County has had a total of 9 confirmed cases. All have recovered.

26 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Wyoming.

Of the confirmed cases, 1781 are now reported to have recovered, and 372 of the probable cases.

The total number of active coronavirus cases statewide is now 592, up from 579.

Of the statewide metrics used to make decisions regarding the virus, "Total ICU Bed Availability" has been downgraded from improved to stable (green to amber level). All other metrics are also at this level, except new cases and total reported hospital admissions due to COVID-19, which are both marked as "concerning" (red level).
