June 8th Special Board Meeting Minutes

ATTENDANCE by GoToMeeting

Board: Wayne Garman, Wanda Burget, Lily Altaffer, Kim Fundaun

Employees: Sarah Anderson, Bridget Helms, Carmen Horne-McIntyre

CALL MEETING TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wayne Garman at 7:10 pm via a conference line and GoToMeeting.

An update on the conservation technician position and reason for the meeting was given by Ms. Anderson.

Mr. Fundaun made a motion to go into executive session to discuss personnel at 7:14 pm; Ms. Altaffer seconded. Executive session ended at 8:02 pm.

Ms. Burget made a motion to give Ms. McIntyre authority to offer the position to the candidate with the three options for payment. Ms. Altaffer seconded. Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Ms. Burget at 8:05 pm.
