NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, John Green, Forrest Oliver Reece Green, Kallie Ellen Reece Green and Carson Ryley Reece Green have filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein they pray that the following-described property be set over and distributed to John Green, pursuant to the Last Will and Testament and Codicil to the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent and the assignment of interest of Forrest Oliver Reece Green, Kallie Ellen Reece Green and Carson Ryley Reece Green:

Lot 1, Florence Mining Claim Subdivision, Crook County, Wyoming

If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, April 9, 2020, the Court shall enter such a decree.
