Public Notice

Please take note that Goshen HELP a 501(C)3 is providing public notice regarding the Draft FFY 2021 Community Service Block Grant Application for the following counties: Carbon, Crook, Goshen, Niobrara, Washakie, and Weston.

The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) will provide funds to assist low-income individuals and/or families through FFY 2021 (October 1st, 2020 – September 30, 2021). The Draft FFY 2021 CSBG Application is available for public inspection at https://www.goshenhelp.com/csbg-2021.html.

Goshen HELP welcomes and will take into consideration all comments and suggestions. Please submit comments or suggestions no later than May 10th, 2020 by email to [email protected] or by mail to Goshen HELP, 1933 Main Street #1, Torrington WY 82240. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions a zoom meeting will be made available with the broadcast taking place at 1933 Main Street, Torrington WY 82240 on April 23rd at 6:00pm. Please contact us for an invitation to the zoom meeting. We will also attempt to broadcast live via our Goshen HELP Facebook page.
