NOTICE OF HEARING UPON APPLICATION FOR
BRIDGER PIPELINE LICENSES and ACCESS PERMITS
Be advised that the Board of County Commissioners in and for Crook County, Wyoming is holding a public hearing on April 21, 2020 at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at the County Commissioners Room in the Crook County Courthouse, Sundance, Wyoming, so all interested parties may present written or oral comments on the following Application:
Bridger Pipeline LLC will apply for Commercial Pipeline Licenses and Access Permits for the Bridger Pipeline across and to County Roads Old Sundance Road # 93, McKean Road #180, H-Kay Road #106, Cabin Creek Road #116, Astin Road #121 and Arch Creek Road #179.
After the public hearing, the Board may take the matter under advisement to consider comments, may set a second public hearing or may vote to accept, reject or modify the proposed application, Licenses and Permits.
Reasonable accommodations will be provided for any person having a disability, who may wish to participate in this hearing, if they provide reasonable notice to the Crook County Clerk of their disability and the accommodations requested. As the Courthouse is closed to the public during this COVID-19 pandemic, please contact the County Clerk for information on how to appear by telephone.
