Long time Crook County resident, Fern Grubb, age 95 passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the Crook County Long Term Care Facility in Sundance, Wyoming.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, February 10 at 1 p.m. at the Greater Hulett Community Center in Hulett, Wyoming, with private family graveside services following the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #80 of Hulett has been established in Fern’s name.
Fern is survived by her children, Kenneth (Janet) of Sundance, Donna Kiewel of Rapid City, South Dakota and Joyce (Dave) Hall of Buffalo, Wyoming; grandchildren, Lisa (Shawn) Osborne, Scott (Bobbi) Grubb, Jason (Stephanie) Grubb, Fred (Teri) Kiewel, Karen (Brett) Foreman, Amanda (Greer) Monterastelli and Joe (Tara) Hall; 18 great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Joyce Eaton of Gillette, Wyoming and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her two husbands, Donald Grubb and Lorin Harper; siblings, ClaraMae Shannon and Leonard Eaton; and son-in-law, Ken Kiewel.
