Three area athletes named to Shrine Bowl

Upton/Sundance’s Jaydon Caylor, Moorcroft’s Rowdy Pfeil and Hulett’s Jhett Letellier were all named as alternate selections of the North team for the 47th annual Wyoming Shrine Bowl.

The North Team will be coached by Aaron Papich of Powell.

The yearly event, which started in 1974, is aimed at recognizing Wyoming’s top high school football players as well as providing financial support for and recognition of Shriners Hospitals for Children.

The game is scheduled for June 13 in Casper.
