Jackalope Jump coming to Keyhole in March

Crook County Special Olympics will host the 2020 Jackalope Jump on Saturday, March 28 at Keyhole Reservoir.

Say what? You’ve never jumped into frigid Wyoming waters in the middle of winter? Well, let Special Olympics Wyoming help you change that this year!

For years, the Jackalope Jump has challenged brave Wyomingites at numerous locations around our beautiful state. It’s a great way for everyone – individuals, organizations and businesses – to get involved in supporting Special Olympics Wyoming. All funds raised go to support programming and events for over 1900 athletes statewide.

Think you have what it takes to ‘be bold, get cold’ in honor of our brave athletes? The concept is simple: participants raise a minimum of $50 per team member (teams of 4+) or $100 per individual and take a dip into one of Wyoming’s frozen lakes (or a pool).

The Jumps are so much more than that! They’re the kind of fun and thrilling events that you really have to experience to understand. Grab some friends, get pumped and register today.

Special Olympics Wyoming is a not-for-profit organization providing year-round sports training, athletic competition and other related programs to children and adults with intellectual disabilities; offering them continuing opportunities to realize their potential, develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage and experience joy and friendship.
