Robert “Bob” S. Ulrich, 91 of Sundance, Wyoming, died Saturday, November 23, 2019, at Crook County Memorial Hospital. Memorial services are planned for 1 p.m., on Saturday, December 7, 2019, at the Sundance Church of Christ. A dessert bar will follow the service.
