This Week at Your Library

Falls are the leading cause of death in older adults. Here are some things you can do to help decrease your chance of falls: 1. Install grab bars for safety. They are not a sign of old age; they are smart safety! 2. Dress safely by putting on your pants while seated. 3. Lack of sleep, or sleep deprivation, is very dangerous. Get your required number of hours each night.
