Chairman, Roger Connett called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission October 7, 2019 at 7:15 p.m.

Amend and Adopt the Agenda

Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Mary Yemington made a motion to adopt the agenda as written; Vice-Chairman, Cody Galloway seconded, the motion which carried.

Approval of the Minutes

Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any additions or corrections to the August meeting minutes. Mary Yemington made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held August 12, 2019 as written; Cody Galloway seconded, the motion which carried.

New Business

Chairman, Roger Connett asked Steven Waliezer to explain his proposed re-platting for Lot 5 of the Waliezer No. 2 Minor Subdivision. Discussion was held concerning the re-plat process. No action was taken.

Chairman, Roger Connett opened discussion on a couple last proposed amendments for the Minor Subdivision Regulation. Discussion was held, and the amendments were added to the Minor Subdivision Regulation draft document. No action was taken.

Adjourned

Vice-Chairman, Cody Galloway made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Mary Yemington seconded, the motion which carried. The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 8:43 p.m.
