Patriots continue winning streak

The Upton-Sundance Patriots continue to dominate the football field as they walked away with another victory over the Tongue River Eagles on Friday night.

Leading the charge for the Patriots was Jayden Caylor with a 23-yard run into the endzone, followed by a successful extra point kick by Levi Rudloff, putting the Patriots up 7-0. Quarterback Brad Kruger found Kye Taylor in the end zone next for a ten-yard reception to close out the first quarter and putting the Patriots up 14-0.

The second quarter continued to see the Patriot score increase as Caylor completed a four-yard run and closed the half with a score of 20-0 in favor of Upton-Sundance.

The second half mirrored the first as Caylor found the end zone two more times on a 20-yard and 67-yard run to increase the Patriot lead to 32 to start the fourth quarter. It was quarterback Brad Kruger who would put the final points on the board with a three-yard run in the fourth to give the Patriots their fourth win on the season and moving them to 2-0 in the conference.

The US Patriots defense will have their work cut out for them this week as they will go up against the ever-tough Big Horn Rams on Friday at 7 p.m. in Upton.
