FALL PREVENTION WORKSHOP BROWN BAG LUNCHEON: Thursday, September 26, at 12 p.m. Falls are the leading cause of death in older adults. Come learn several strength-training exercises to help prevent falls and ways to make your home more fall-proof. This is a sit, watch and learn event; no participation is required.
