Piping in new funds

Montana Penton, Area Operations Manager for Oneok Pipelines, presents the Old Stoney Restoration Committee with a check for $50,000 towards renovation of Old Stoney. The money will go towards windows on the third floor, which are expected to arrive within the next couple of months, says Museum Director Rocky Courchaine.

The committee, which includes Pam Thompson, Criss Neiman and Courchaine (above, left to right), as well as Bonnie King, Patti Nills and Marsha McGinnis, will also be honored this September with the Maurine Carley Historic Preservation Award from the Wyoming State Historical Society for its efforts to preserve the building.
