Leland Pickerd

Leland Ray Pickerd, 66 of Farmington, NM, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019. He was born on July 23, 1952 in Spearfish, S.D. to Margaret Elizabeth Pickerd and Emerson Willard Pickerd. 

Leland was a graduate of Sundance High School in Sundance, Wyoming. He served in the United States Navy from 1970-1976.

Leland is survived by his wife, Brenda Aragon Pickerd; his sister, Clara Potter; his brothers, Jack Pickerd of Jacksonville Texas, Aldean Pickerd of Las Vegas, NV, and Tom Pickerd, of Sundance, Wyoming; his four step children, 16 step-grand children, one step-great grandchild, three nephews and two nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents Margaret and Emerson Pickerd and his brother Darrel Pickerd.

Interment will be 11:30 a.m. on August 13 at Black Hills National Cemetery. A fellowship will follow at Sundance City Park.
