Chairman, Roger Connett called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission June 10, 2019 at 7:01 p.m.

Amend and Adopt the Agenda

Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Mary Yemington made a motion to adopt the agenda as written; Cody Galloway seconded, the motion which carried.

Approval of the Minutes

Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any additions or corrections to the May meeting minutes. Cody Galloway made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held May 13, 2019 as written; Mary Yemington seconded, the motion which carried.

Continued Public Hearing – Heritage Acres Subdivision

Chairman, Roger Connett opened the continued public hearing for the Heritage Acres Subdivision at 7:04 p.m. and asked if there were any public comments from anyone attending the meeting. Tim Lyons stated that revised application materials had been received and reviewed by staff. He also stated that staff had a meeting with Mr. Swaney and his attorney and had made a couple final revisions to the Disclosure Statement and Restrictive Covenants, and the surveyor had made the final requested revisions to the plat. Discussion was held between the Commission members and Mr. Swaney concerning revisions to the Restrictive Covenants. Mary Yemington made a motion to move the subdivision application and plat on to the Board of County Commissioners with the recommendation for approval; Cody Galloway seconded the motion which carried. Chairman, Roger Connett closed the public hearing for the at 7:31 p.m.

New Business

Chairman, Roger Connett asked Cody Williamson to address the commission concerning his plans for a proposed Minor Subdivision. Discussion was held, no action was taken.

Adjourned

Rodney Geil made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Mary Yemington seconded, the motion which carried. The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 8:27 p.m.
