Wanda F. Sell Schulze, 83, passed away March 7, 2019. She was born on June 14, 1935, on the farm at Dorsey, Nebraska, to Lawrence and Hazel (Hartford) Crawford.
On June 8, 1955 she married Lavern Sell. Together they had four children, Waneta Sell, Linda (Todd) Spath, Lamoine (Mary) Sell and Lonnie Sell.
Wanda attended one year at Southern State Teachers College in Springfield, South Dakota. She then taught school on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
In 1965, Lavern and Wanda bought a ranch south of Sundance, Wyoming and she was busy farming, haying, helping with livestock, raising a huge garden and four kids. She later was the secretary for Crook County Weed & Pest from which she retired.
She moved into Sundance and later married Dick Schulze. In retirement, she loved spending time with her family, drives to the country and going for walks.
Wanda is survived by her children; two brothers, Larry and Lindell Crawford; four sisters, Joan Manker, Dollie Keahey, Ollie Parks and Donna Robinson; seven grandchildren, Shelly (Rudy) McDonald, Shon (Amy) McDonald, TJ (Kara) Evans, Clint (Raesha) Sell, Rachel (Doug) Adam, Kate Sell and Colt Sell; and eight great-grandchildren, Jazmine and Shelbe McDonald, Porter and Kai Evans, Josie and Zane Adam and Kyler and Orin Sell.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dick Schulze; son-in-law, Rod Hacker; daughter-in-law, Deb Sell; brother, Wilbur Crawford; nephew, Stan Crawford; brothers-in-law, Rich Farley and Roger Keahey; sisters-in-law, Patty Crawford and Betts Seeley.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019, at Fidler-Roberts & Isburg Funeral Chapel in Sundance with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at the Beulah Cemetery, Beulah, Wyoming.
