Jury finds Smith guilty of accessory to involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault

Marty Smith has been found guilty on felony charges of accessory before the fact to involuntary manslaughter and accessory before the fact to aggravated assault.

She was found not guilty of charges of accessory to murder in the second degree and accessory to voluntary manslaughter.

Smith faces up to 20 years in jail (up to 30 years if the two sentences run consecutively). Judge Thomas Rumpke ruled that she will be held without bond until her sentencing.
