    The Harper Memorial Scholarship committee is pleased to announce the 2022-2023 scholarship recipients. The Orville D. Harper Revocable Trust and the Wanda J.     Chadron State College has announced that 346 students met requirements for the Dean’s List for fall 2021 by earning at least a 3.5 grade point average.
