    Governor Mark Gordon has indicated that stricter state health orders will be coming soon in reaction to the worsening pandemic across Wyoming and most of the Midwest. Beverly was born on July 3, 1935, to Orville Lincoln and Evelyn (Summers) Lincoln Edwards at Beulah, Wyoming. She attended three years of school at Beulah, then moved with her parents to Sundance and graduated from Sundance High School in 1953.     Another half billion dollars will be chopped from the state’s budget if Governor Mark Gordon’s supplemental budget is approved by the Legislature in January.     One of Crook County’s elk hunting areas is the latest to join the list of Wyoming places in which chronic wasting disease (CWD) has been confirmed. Wyoming Game & Fish announced last week that the disease was confirmed in Elk Hunt Area 1 via a positive test from a targeted bull elk.     Man killed in shootout with Gillette police identified GILLETTE (WNE) — Cody William Amman, 31, has been identified as the man killed in an officer-involved shooting Friday night in Gillette.
